Local Pick-Up & Shipping & Returns

LOCAL PICK-UP
  • Local Pick-up, Meet, or Drop Off orders are available for you.  Please place an order by sending a message via our Facebook or Instagram Page , your message with 'PICKUP" to differentiate your message with other inquires. Once your message is received, we will respond with the following: details of your order, forms of payments, and the time/place for your pick up.
SHIPPING POLICY

  • All online orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We want you to be happy.  If for some some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Hope's Royalty Boutique  and wish to return it for a refund, We accept returns for store credit only.  Refunds will not be issued. BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS are not returnable. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email or social media accounts BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return or exchange styles. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at (hopesroyaltyboutique@gmail.com) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
